Interview with my Mission President & 1st Gen. Conf. in the Field

Hello Everyone?!

How are you all doing?

The Highlight of my Week was when, One of our Investigator passed the Baptism Interview!
It gives Joy to my Heart as I see him Smiling and Excited when He found out that he Passed.

The General Conference was really great! I really Loved the talk of President Dieter F. Uchtdorf about Grace.
"It is by God’s amazing grace that His children can overcome the undercurrents and quicksands of the deceiver,rise above sin, and be perfected in Christ.
Though we all have weaknesses, we can overcome them. Indeed it is by the grace of God that, if we humble ourselves and have faith, weak things can become strong"

Yesterday My Mission President came & gave me a time to share the things that I'm going through. (These are my concerns that I shared to Him: Trust and Testimony, Imperfections Of Others, Suicidal Thoughts, Having a Hard Time focusing on the Work, Tiredness, And Blaming Myself for my Past Transgressions) Some of my Concerns was answered by The General Conference. And It was really Great.

I really appreciate the things that My Mission President said. I admit that I was deceived by the Power of Satan. And just like what He said, Satan was behind me. I also admit that I stayed focus at the Negative instead of Positive Things, also for being ungrateful for the Blessings I received. I am going to work on these things. I am going to work Hard, Be Brave when I know that something isn't right, I am going to be Grateful for the specific blessings that the Lord bestowed upon me, And I will Focus on my Own Imperfections on How to Improve them. As what He suggested yesterday, I did the online adjusting to missionary life. And I was in the Orange Level. It has some suggestions and stuff that I should do in order to help me combat with stress. I am really grateful for the Counsels and Blessings that I received from my Mission President yesterday, As He was saying the Blessing I felt my Tears rolling down. He cheered me up after giving the blessing.

Tomorrow I am going to talk to a Missionary Recovery Center Representative via Phone, And see if What I should do about my Concerns. If Needed they will send me to Manila to meet and talk to them Face to Face.

4 Months in the Mission Field!

Hello Everyone!? I am safe! from that Super Typhoon Chedeng!

What's Funny was It didn't Rain here in Bongabon! TV knows how to lie huh?

No Way!!! I can't believe it! I'm already 4 Months in the Field!
Time flies by so FAST! And I can't really deny the fact that even as a Missionary, The Ups and Downs of Life is still there. And it is really up to you, how you face it. I absolutely love what I am doing and am happy
that I can share what I love with the people here in Bongabon. I
want to show others that the most value and
happiness comes from living high moral standards and from loving yourself the way you are. Sometimes fear gets in the way. Fear is the opposite of
love,and I have to keep reminding myself of that every day.
Last Tuesday We had our Zone Interviews, All the Missionaries in Bongabon Zone came. ( It's my 2nd Zone Interview ) My Mission President asked me questions and stuff. I really felt his Love for me. And I really do Love The Wife of our Mission President. She's so genuine! She's an Amazing Woman!

Well, Our Work last week was pretty low, It's hard teaching without a 16 Years Old male member. But We did our best. We worked hard. And Eventually We were able to find 6 new Investigators. :)

ONE MORE GOOD NEWS!!!

Sister Jessica Punsalan, One of our Very Progressing Investigator, Her Brother Approved the Permission to be baptized on the 18th of April!

That was really AWESOME! Our Heavenly Father really answers our Prayers.

He knows the desires of His Children. That really made my Week.

So far We are Going to have 2 firm Baptisms on April 18.

And The Sibuyas Festival here in Bongabon is Coming close ( April 10 )

It's goin to be a hard week for us.

And also, Today We went to a Dental Clinic in Cabanatuan for my tooth.

Bad News, I am goin to take a Root Canal Operation for my front tooth As Soon As Possible! I Really Hate Pain.

BIG Week!

Hello to All!!!

Today I'm gonna write my Email in Tagalog. :)

Let's check how fluent I am in Tagalog. :)

Sige, Kamusta kayong lahat? Napakasaya ng Linggo namin ng Companion ko.

Noong nakaraang Lunes, nag Family Home Evening kami sa Reyes Family, Bumili ako ng Cake para sa Meryenda namin. Medyo Mahirap lang kasi ang Reyes Family kaya wala silang masyadong Pera para magbigay ng Meryenda sa amin. Pero Masaya talaga ang Family Home Evening namin sa kanila, Maraming members na nag attend. Parang na lungkot lang ako sa ibinigay kong Games sa Family Home Evening, Kasi Tinakpan ko ang mata ni Sister Judy Mae ng Kamay ko tapos hindi niya alam na may nilagyan ko ng Charcoal ang kamay ko. Tawa kami ng Tawa. Nagpunta siya kaagad sa Bathroom nila at nag hilamos. Pagkatapos sinabi niya sa amin na may Allergy siya sa Charcoal. Natakot tuloy ako. Pero sabi niya okay lang daw. Tumawa din siya. At noong March 26, 2014 Nag Celebrate ng Birthday ang unang tao na biniyagan ko sa Mission. Si Sister Kimberly Napao! 15 Years Old na siya! Pumunta kami sa bahay nila bandang 8:00 p.m at bumili ako ng Cake at Binilhan ko rin siya ng Regalo. Naghanda din ang Family niya. Maraming siyang Kaibigan na Pumunta sa Birthday niya. Masayang Masaya talaga siya noong Gabing iyon. Nagpasalamat siya sa amin sa lahat ng Itinuro namin sa Kanya. Grabe! Malaki talaga ang nagbago sa kanya, dati Mahiyain talaga siyang tao, Pero ngayon Hindi na talaga siya nahihiyang sumagot sa mga Tanong namin. At Sumasali talaga siya sa mga Activities sa Simbahan. At noong Biyernes, Binigyan ako ng Napakagandang Souvenir ng isa sa mga tinuturuan namin. Binigyan niya ako ng Samurai Sword! Nagulat talaga ako! hahahaha. Pero Maganda talaga ang binigay niyang Samurai Sword sa akin. Haha. Pero Masaya ako dahil naging Masaya ang Linggo ko. Sa Huwebes magkakaroon kami ng Community Service Project, Mamumulot kami ng Basura. :) Marami talaga akong natutunan sa Linggong ito.

At Maswerte talaga ako na binigyan ako ng Pagkakataon ng Diyos na maglingkod sa Kanya.

Sa Pinakamamahal kong Pamilya at mga Kaibigan, Palagi niyong tatandaan na Mahal na Mahal tayo ng Ating Ama sa Langit. Lahat ng Problema at Pagsubok na dumarating sa buhay natin ay may mga Reason at Purpose, kaya Wag tayong Sumuko.

Mahal na Mahal ko kayo!

Huwag niyong Kalimutan na Magbasa ng mga Banal na Kasulatan at Magdasal.
